• Must be 18 years or older to use service.
  • Must be 21 years old to receive any alcohol or cigarettes (ID required).
  • You will need to present valid US, PR, or CN state, provincial or federal government-issued photo ID, or any valid passport for verification in-person for first request service.
  • No illegal item(s), no stolen item(s), no humans, no hazardous waste, no pets, no garbage, no dirt, no greasy items, no muddy items, no used automobile oils/fluids, no landscaping debris, no motorcycles, no trailers, and no vehicles will be picked up. We are not a moving service but will pick up a couple of moving items if needed.
  • Value or weight restrictions of item(s) to be picked up for delivery may apply per request service.
  • Small item(s) are considered 26 inches length x 26 inches width or smaller.
  • Large item(s) are considered 26 inches length x 26 inches width or larger.
  • Your Way Service has the right to refuse service before picking up item(s) that are illegal or go against Your Way Service terms and conditions.
  • Your Way Service has the right to return item(s) in possession and in the process of being delivered to you if believed to be illegal or against terms and conditions.
  • Pick up delivery within two hours or less depends on what kind of item(s) and if item(s) are ready to be picked up. Do take into account waiting and checkout times.
  • You will need to sign a waiver form for the pick up and delivery of unattended item(s).
  • Pictures of item(s) will be taken before and after pick up delivery to prevent uncertainty.
  • The pick up and delivery address must be in San Jose area.
  • If you want a pick up delivery of item(s) already purchased by you. You must make sure Your Way Service is authorized to pick up from the company before submitting a request service to avoid possible delays.
  • One pick up delivery request per service fee payment.
  • Service fee payment must be paid before pick up delivery can be started. (See the "Getting Started" page for instructions.)
  • Additional charges may apply based on each request service.
