Step 1: Register
After you download the app and open it for the first time, it will ask you to register your account.
Once you create your account, it will take you to the request service button screen.
At the top right corner of the request service screen, click the 3-bar icon to open the menu.
Step 2: Edit your profile
Next, click on the edit icon (pencil) next to your email address at the top of the screen to edit/update your profile.
On your profile page, click the Edit icon again to tell us about yourself. Click Save when finished and exit out of the profile screen by clicking the X.
It is important to complete your full profile. It helps keep both our employees and clients safe.
Step 3: Request Service
Return to the request service button screen. Click the Request Service button and submit the request service form.
Step 4: Service Fee Payment
After requesting service, open the menu (3 bar icon in the top right) and select Service Fee Payment. You will be directed to the Your Way Service website to make your payment. Scroll down to the yellow box and click one of the blue Service Fee Payment buttons for food/beverage, small items, or large items.
That's all there is to it! Once Your Way Service receives notification of your request service form and service fee payment, Your Way Service will immediately start your pick up delivery request and contact you.
